Paxport - Supplier Performance | Aer Lingus #41969 – Incident details

After monitoring supplier performance, we have concluded that the issue has been resolved.

A fix has been implemented and we are currently monitoring the result.

We will notify you again if the supplier performance does not improve.

This is still with the supplier who are working to resolve.

We will continue to monitor the incident closely and will notify you when the situation has progressed.

Unfortunately the supplier fix has failed, and we have had to disable the supplier. The supplier has identified the issue and are working to resolve.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will notify you when we have reenabled the supplier.
